Baby Shower Chocolate Cake Recipe

Follow the steps and have a fantastic chocolate cake for your baby's shower party and enough for 10 servings.

Cake Ingredients :

1. One pike Chocolate cake mix of Two layer size
2. Two Eggs
3. Twenty One oz Canned cherry pie filling
4. One ts Almond extract

Cake Ingredients For Frosting :

1. Five tablespoon butter
2. 1/3 cup Milk
3. One cup Granulated sugar
4. Six oz Chocolate morsels

Steps to Follow :

• First combine cake mix and eggs and beat until well blended.
• Add pie filling, mix thoroughly and blend in extract.
• Pour batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
• Bake in a preheated 350ºF oven half an hour till cake tests done.
• Let cool on wire rack while it is preparing frosting.

Steps to Follow For Frosting:

• For making frosting combine butter, milk and sugar in saucepan.
• Bring to a boil, boil for 1 minute and add chocolate morsels.
• Then beat it until melted and remove it from heat.
• Let it be cool and again beat until thick.
• Make some holes on the top of cake and pour frosting over top and spread to cover.
