Baby Shower Strawberry Pecan Cake Recipe
Follow the steps and have a fantastic strawberry pecan cake for your baby's shower party and which will be enough for party.
Cake Ingredients :
- One cup chopped pecans
- One box white cake mix
- One small box strawberry gelatin
- One cup fresh strawberries
- One cup coconut
- 1/2 cup milk
- Four eggs (added one at a time)
Steps to Follow :
- Mix cake mix and Jell-O, then combine all ingredients.
- Bake about 30 minutes at 325ºF. It makes three layers.
Ingredients For Filling :
- One stick butter
- One box confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 C. chopped pecans
- 1/2 C. strawberries
- Four oz. cream cheese
Steps to Follow Cake Filling :
- Mix cream sugar and butter, add other ingredients.
- Spread between the layers and also on top of the cake.
