Baby Shower Thin Mint Cookie Cake Recipes
Follow the steps and have a fantastic mint cookie cake for your baby's shower party.
Cake Ingredients :
- Six oz Butter
- One cup Sugar
- One Box GS Thin Mint cookies
- One cup crumbs for cake)
- One cup crumbs for topping)
- Two teaspoon Cocoa
- 1/3 cup Cake flour
- Eight Eggs, separated
- Eight oz Chocolate
- 1/4 cup Heavy cream
Steps to Follow :
- Mix together a cream butter and sugar till it becomes fluffy.
- Add eggs one by one.
- Add cocoa and a cup of thin mint cookie crumbs.
- Add flour and mix till just it became combined.
- Mix egg whites until stiff but not dry/Fold egg whites into batter.
- Bake in enough spaced pan at 350ºF for half a hour.
- Allow it to cool with for 15 to 20 minutes, then remove from pan.
- Cool on wire rack.
- Top cake with chocolate cream [8 oz. chocolate melt with 1/4 cup heavy cream].
- Top chocolate cream with 1 cup Thin Mint cookie crumbs.
- Finish with spreading powdered sugar.
