1. Appetizer Puffs

    • Recipe Ingredients :
      1. 1 1/2 cups flour
      2. 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
      3. 2 tablespoons chopped mushrooms
      4. 2 tablespoons chopped ripe olives
      5. 1/2 cup sour cream
      6. 1 cup margarine
      7. 1 teaspoon salt
      8. 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

    • Steps To Follow :
      • Mix flour and salt and cut margarine in until mixture begins to form a ball.
      • Blend it in sour cream. Divide dough into 4 parteaspoons.
      • Wrap each part and chill several hours. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
      • On floured board, roll each section into a 12 x 6-inch rectangle.
      • Sprinkle one-half each rectangle with either cheese, onion, mushrooms or olives.
      • Fold dough over to make a 6-inch sqare. Cut the 6-inch square into 2-inch squares.
      • finally, bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

  2. Basil Tomato Tarteaspoons

    • Recipe Ingredients :
      1. miniature pastry shells (unbaked)
      2. mozzarella cheese
      3. fresh basil leaves
      4. thin slices of Roma tomato
      5. salt and pepper
      6. olive oil

    • Steps To Follow :
      • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
      • Arrange the miniature pastry shells on a baking sheet.
      • Place thinly sliced mozzarella cheese in the bottom of each shell.
      • Add a layer of fresh basil leaves and top with thin slices of Roma tomato.
      • You can sprinkle salt and pepper for taste.
      • Brush each tart with olive oil.
      • Lastly, bake until juices are bubbling, about 10-15 minutes.
