1. Cheese Ball

    • Recipe Ingredients :
      1. 1/2 lb Cheese
      2. 2 teaspoons Onion
      3. 1 teaspoons Worchestershire sauce
      4. 1 pk Cream cheese
      5. 1 x Nuteaspoons
      6. 1 x Tabasco sauce
      7. 2 teaspoons Ketchup or chili sauce

    • Steps To Follow :
      • Take cheese at room temperature.
      • Blend all Ingredients together with a mixer.
      • Line small bowl with plastic wrap and empty mixed Ingredients in lined bowl. Refrigeate overnight.
      • while serving, unmold it and remove wrap and sprinkle with nuteaspoons.

  2. Cheese Pretzels

    • Recipe Ingredients :
      1. 1/2 c Unsalted butter (softened)
      2. 2 and 1/2 c Shredded aged cheddar cheese
      3. 1 Egg white
      4. 1/2 teaspoons Salt
      5. 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
      6. 1 1/4 c Flour
      7. 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne pepper

    • Steps To Follow :
      • In bowl, cream butter until fluffy; beat in cheese and mustard.
      • Add combie flour, salt and cayenne to bowl and stir just until mixture holds together.
      • You can form it into disc and wrap in plastic wrap.
      • Chill it for 30 minutes adn divide into 1 tablespoon balls.
      • Roll each ball into 10 inch strip. Twist ends over each strip to form pretzel and place on baking sheet.
      • Brush with egg white and it prinkle with poppy seeds.
      • Finally, bake it in 375 oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until pale golden color.
