1. Chicken Puffs

    • Recipe Ingredients :
      1. 4 tablespoons Butter
      2. 1/2 cup Water (boiling)
      3. 1/2 cup Flour
      4. 2 Eggs
      5. 1/2 cup Cheese (shredded)
      6. 2 cups Chicken (cooked)
      7. 2 tablespoons Olives
      8. 2 tablespoons Wine
      9. 1/4 cup Mayonnaise

    • Steps To Follow :
      • First, melt butter in boiling water.
      • Add flour, cook it and stir until mixture forms a ball.
      • Remove it from heat and cool slightly.
      • After cooling, preheat oven to 400 and add egg.
      • Beat it until smooth. Stir in cheese.
      • Drop dough onto greased baking sheet, using 1 level teaspoon dough for each puff.
      • Bake it for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, cool and split.
      • Finely chop cooked chicken, pimiento, and olives.
      • Lastly, combine with remaining ingredients. Fill each puff with 2 teaspoons.

  2. Sunflower Cheese Balls

    • Recipe Ingredients :
      1. 1- 3 oz pkg Philadelphia cream cheese
      2. 1/2 cup shredded cheese
      3. 2 teaspoons toasted wheat germ
      4. 1 cup sunflower seeds

    • Steps To Follow :
      • Keep cream cheese at room temperature for 30 minutes.
      • Add shredded cheese in it.
      • Stir it in sunflower seeds.
      • Mold it into 1 balls.
      • Lastly, roll cheese balls in wheat germ to coat.
