- Steps To Follow :
- Fill mini puff pastry cups with refried beans and sprinkle with cheese.
- Heat the mixture in a 350 degree oven until warm.
- You can serve it with garnishes of salsa, sour cream, or guacamole if desired.
- Sun-Dried Tomato Mozzerella Appetizer
- Recipe Ingredients :
- 1 pt Cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 c Olive oil
- 1/4 lb Mozzarella cheese
- skim milk
- 1 Garlic clove
- Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Fresh basil leaf
- 1/4 c Sun-dried tomatoes,
- Steps To Follow :
- First cut mozzarella into 1/4-inch cubes. Chop fresh basil leaves finely. Mince garlic clove
- Take the cheese, basil, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and black pepper in small bowl.
- Add the olive oil and blend well. Cover and refrigerate it for 1 hour to blend flavors.
- Before serving, remove the stem end of cherry tomatoes, cut a thin slice from bottom of tomato to keep it setting straight and removing center from tomatoes with melon baller or small spoon.
- Sprinkle salt inside of tomatoes and invert on paper towels to drain.
- Stuff the tomatoes with the cheese mixture and garnish it with small basil leaves.
