    • Recipe Ingredients :
      1. cheese salsa
      2. Mini puff pastry dough cups
      3. refried beans
      4. sour cream guacamole

    • Steps To Follow :
      • Fill mini puff pastry cups with refried beans and sprinkle with cheese.
      • Heat the mixture in a 350 degree oven until warm.
      • You can serve it with garnishes of salsa, sour cream, or guacamole if desired.

  2. Sun-Dried Tomato Mozzerella Appetizer

    • Recipe Ingredients :
      1. 1 pt Cherry tomatoes
      2. 1/4 c Olive oil
      3. 1/4 lb Mozzarella cheese
      4. skim milk
      5. 1 Garlic clove
      6. Black pepper
      7. 2 tablespoons Fresh basil leaf
      8. 1/4 c Sun-dried tomatoes,

    • Steps To Follow :
      • First cut mozzarella into 1/4-inch cubes. Chop fresh basil leaves finely. Mince garlic clove
      • Take the cheese, basil, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and black pepper in small bowl.
      • Add the olive oil and blend well. Cover and refrigerate it for 1 hour to blend flavors.
      • Before serving, remove the stem end of cherry tomatoes, cut a thin slice from bottom of tomato to keep it setting straight and removing center from tomatoes with melon baller or small spoon.
      • Sprinkle salt inside of tomatoes and invert on paper towels to drain.
      • Stuff the tomatoes with the cheese mixture and garnish it with small basil leaves.
