- Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Bars
- Recipe Ingredients :
- 1 pkg. Pillsbury refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie dough
- 1 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- Steps To Follow :
- Cut Chocolate Chip Cookie dough in two parts.
- Take 9" square pan and spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pat one part of the Chocolate Chip Cookie dough into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
- Take a bowl to mix egg, sugar, cream cheese, mix it and pour the cream cheese mixture over dough.
- Take the remaining half part of the cookie dough. Break it into pieces.
- put the dough pieces over the cream cheese mixture.
- Now bake it at 350 degrees (F) up to 35-40 minutes, or until golden and toothpick test comes out clean.
- Store refrigerated.
- Delicate Lemon Squares
- Recipe Ingredients :
- 1 c. butter
- softened 2 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
- 6 T. lemon juice
- 1 t. baking powder
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 to 3 T. confectioners sugar
- 4 T. sugar
- 4 eggs
- Steps To Follow :
- Take a bowl to mix softened butter, sifted flour and 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar.
- Take 9" square pan, coat it with butter. Now put the mixture into the pan, press it properly.
- Put the pan in oven, bake in pre-heated 350 degree (F) for 15 minutes.
- Take granulated sugar and eggs, beat together until light.
- Stir in 4 T. sugar, baking powder and lemon juice. Pour it over the baked crust.
- Now again bake it for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees (F).
- Now remove it from oven and sprinkle with 2 to 3 T. confectioners sugar and cut into squares.
