- Hawaiian Dessert
- Recipe Ingredients :
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3 small pkgs. Instant coconut pudding
- 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 cups whipped cream or Cool Whip
- 2 cups toasted coconut
- 4 cups milk
- 8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
- Steps To Follow :
- According to directions on box prepare a cake mix.
- Butter and flour two 9 X 13-inch pans. Pour half of batter in each cake pan.
- Bake it at 350 degrees (F) for 15 minutes or until done.
- Take a bowl and mix 3 boxes of pudding with 4 cups of milk, beat it. Now add cheese in it beat again.
- Add drained pineapple to the mixture. Now pour the mixture on the baked cake.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle toasted coconut over top and refrigerate.
- Strawberry Pretzel Dessert
- Recipe Ingredients :
- 2 10 oz. pkgs. Frozen strawberries
- 6 oz. pkg. strawberry jelly
- 2 cups pretzels, crushed
- 1 1/2cup sugar
- 3/4 cup margarine
- 2 cups boiling water
- 8 oz. cool whip
- 2 cups boiling water
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Steps To Follow :
- Take a bowl and mix pecans, 1/2 cup sugar and crushed pretzels in it.
- Press the mixture 9 X 13 X 2 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 10 minutes. Leave it to cool.
- Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and cool whip- spread. Pour it on top of the cake, dissolve gelatin. Add strawberries.
- Chill and serve.
