1. Hawaiian Dessert

    • Recipe Ingredients :
      1. 1 box yellow cake mix
      2. 3 small pkgs. Instant coconut pudding
      3. 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
      4. 2 cups whipped cream or Cool Whip
      5. 2 cups toasted coconut
      6. 4 cups milk
      7. 8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese

    • Steps To Follow :
      • According to directions on box prepare a cake mix.
      • Butter and flour two 9 X 13-inch pans. Pour half of batter in each cake pan.
      • Bake it at 350 degrees (F) for 15 minutes or until done.
      • Take a bowl and mix 3 boxes of pudding with 4 cups of milk, beat it. Now add cheese in it beat again.
      • Add drained pineapple to the mixture. Now pour the mixture on the baked cake.
      • Top with whipped cream and sprinkle toasted coconut over top and refrigerate.

  2. Strawberry Pretzel Dessert

    • Recipe Ingredients :
      1. 2 10 oz. pkgs. Frozen strawberries
      2. 6 oz. pkg. strawberry jelly
      3. 2 cups pretzels, crushed
      4. 1 1/2cup sugar
      5. 3/4 cup margarine
      6. 2 cups boiling water
      7. 8 oz. cool whip
      8. 2 cups boiling water
      9. 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
      10. 1/2 cup chopped pecans

    • Steps To Follow :
      • Take a bowl and mix pecans, 1/2 cup sugar and crushed pretzels in it.
      • Press the mixture 9 X 13 X 2 inch pan.
      • Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 10 minutes. Leave it to cool.
      • Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and cool whip- spread. Pour it on top of the cake, dissolve gelatin. Add strawberries.
      • Chill and serve.
