German Frozen Lemon Delight

• Recipe Ingredients :
  1. Juice of 1 lemon
  2. 3 eggs, separated
  3. Half pint whipping cream
  4. Half cup sugar
  5. 27 vanilla wafers
  6. 15-20 cupcake liners

• Steps To Follow :
  • Mix egg yolks, lemon juice and sugar, beat it until thick.
  • Whip cream and fold into egg mixture.
  • Crush vanilla wafers and pour three quarters of crumbs in cupcake liners.
  • Add lemon mixture.
  • Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
  • Freeze it.
  • Before serving remove from the freezer and refrigerate about 10 minutes and Chips.
