1. Asparagus Roll-Ups

    • Recipe Ingredients :
      1. 18 cooked asparagus spears
      2. 2 tablespoons French dressing
      3. 18 slices white bread, crusts removed
      4. seasoned salt
      5. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
      6. 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
      7. 4 to 6 tablespoons melted butter

    • Steps To Follow :
      • Spread each slice of bread with mayonnaise.
      • Place one asparagus spear on bread.
      • Sprinkle each with seasoned salt and pepper and a few drops of French dressing.
      • Roll up the bread jelly roll style. Secure rolls with toothpicks.
      • While serving, remove toothpicks and place rolls on a lightly greased baking sheet.
      • Brush with melted butter, and broil until lightly browned.

  2. Cheese Sandwiches

    • Recipe Ingredients :
      1. Sandwich bread
      2. cream cheese

    • Steps To Follow :
      • Cut each sandwich bread slice into 4 squares.
      • Spread one tea-spoon cream cheese on bread slice.
      • Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
