1. Chicken Sandwich

    • Recipe Ingredients :
      1. 1 to 2 cups minced cooked chicken
      2. 1/4 to 1/3 cup mayonnaise
      3. salt and pepper
      4. cayenne, garlic, onion powder

    • Steps To Follow :
      • Combine ingredients until well blended.
        For variety, add one of these combinations:

        • 1/2 cup minced celery and 1 tablespoon minced onion.
        • 1/2 cup minced ham and 1 teaspoon prepared mustard.
        • 1/2 cup crisp crumbled bacon.
        • 1/2 cup chopped toasted almonds and 1 teaspoon curry powder
        • 1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts and 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce.
        • 3 tablespoon minced celery and 1 teaspoon dried tarragon

  2. Cucumber Sandwiches

    • Recipe Ingredients :
      1. bread slice
      2. margarine or butter
      3. cream cheese

    • Steps To Follow :
      • Cut each sandwich bread slice into 3 circles.
      • Spread each with 1/4 teaspoons margarine or butter, softened, or 1 teaspoons whipped cream cheese.
      • Place a thin cucumber slice between each 2 bread circles.
