- Recipe Ingredients :
- 1 to 2 cups minced cooked chicken
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
- cayenne, garlic, onion powder
- Steps To Follow :
- Combine ingredients until well blended.
For variety, add one of these combinations:
- 1/2 cup minced celery and 1 tablespoon minced onion.
- 1/2 cup minced ham and 1 teaspoon prepared mustard.
- 1/2 cup crisp crumbled bacon.
- 1/2 cup chopped toasted almonds and 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts and 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce.
- 3 tablespoon minced celery and 1 teaspoon dried tarragon

- Recipe Ingredients :
- bread slice
- margarine or butter
- cream cheese
- Steps To Follow :
- Cut each sandwich bread slice into 3 circles.
- Spread each with 1/4 teaspoons margarine or butter, softened, or 1 teaspoons whipped cream cheese.
- Place a thin cucumber slice between each 2 bread circles.
