1. Stuffed Mushrooms

    • Recipe Ingredients :
      1. 1 tablespoon butter
      2. 1/4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
      3. 8 to 10 medium mushroom, firm, closed caps
      4. 2 tablespoons minced onion or green onion
      5. 2 tablespoons water
      6. 1/4 cup soft bread crumbs
      7. 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
      8. salt and pepper

    • Steps To Follow :
      • Preheat oven to 350o.
      • Wash mushrooms under running water and drain on paper towels.
      • Pull stems from mushrooms and chop finely.
      • Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat and add chopped mushroom stems and onion.
      • Stir in Worcestershire sauce, soft bread crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper.
      • Sprinkle the salt over mushroom caps and fill it with sauteed mixture.
      • refrigerate the mushrooms up to 24 hours.
      • Before serving, put 2 tablespoons of water in a shallow dish and arrange stuffed mushrooms in dish and bake it for about 20 minutes.

  2. Summer Tomato Sandwiches

    • Recipe Ingredients :
      1. 1/3 cup mayonnaise
      2. 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
      3. 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
      4. 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
      5. 3 large tomatoes
      6. 1 loaf French bread

    • Steps To Follow :
      • Combine lemon zest and juice, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and stir well.
      • Cut eight slices from center of bread loaf.
      • Spread mayonnaise mixture on each slice of bread.
      • Arrange tomato slices on 4 bread slices.
      • Cut each tomato sandwich in half to serve.
