- Recipe Ingredients :
- 1/4 tablespoons salt
- One tablespoon mayonnaise
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated onion

- Steps To Follow :
- Firstly pare, grate, and drain the cucumber.
- then combine it with the other ingredients.
- You can serve it as it is or also as a sandwich or canapé spread.
- Thin it with sour cream to make a dip for vegetables.
- Black Bean Salsa
- Recipe Ingredients :
- One minced jalapeno
- One peeled and chopped tomato
- 2 minced cloves garlic
- One chopped sweet onion
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 thinly sliced green onions
- One teaspoon chili powder
- One Tablespoon ground cumin
- 3 Tablespoons limejuice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- dash cayenne pepper
- salt to taste
- Rinsed and drained 2-15 oz cans black beans
- Defrosted and drained one cup frozen yellow corn kernels
- Defrosted and drained one cup frozen white shoe peg corn kernels
- Steps To Follow :
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Keep it in a refrigerator at least for 4 hours and up to 2 days, to allow flavors to blend.
- Before serving with baked tortilla or pita chips bring it to normal temperature.
