    • Recipe Ingredients :
      1. 1/4 tablespoons salt
      2. One tablespoon mayonnaise
      3. 8 ounces cream cheese
      4. 2 tablespoons grated onion
      5. green food coloring
      6. One cucumber

    • Steps To Follow :
      • Firstly pare, grate, and drain the cucumber.
      • then combine it with the other ingredients.
      • You can serve it as it is or also as a sandwich or canapé spread.
      • Thin it with sour cream to make a dip for vegetables.

  2. Black Bean Salsa

    • Recipe Ingredients :
      1. One minced jalapeno
      2. One peeled and chopped tomato
      3. 2 minced cloves garlic
      4. One chopped sweet onion
      5. 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
      6. 3 thinly sliced green onions
      7. One teaspoon chili powder
      8. One Tablespoon ground cumin
      9. 3 Tablespoons limejuice
      10. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
      11. dash cayenne pepper
      12. salt to taste
      13. Rinsed and drained 2-15 oz cans black beans
      14. Defrosted and drained one cup frozen yellow corn kernels
      15. Defrosted and drained one cup frozen white shoe peg corn kernels

    • Steps To Follow :
      • Mix all ingredients together.
      • Keep it in a refrigerator at least for 4 hours and up to 2 days, to allow flavors to blend.
      • Before serving with baked tortilla or pita chips bring it to normal temperature.
