Hot Cheese and Artichoke Dip

  • Recipe Ingredients :

    1. Dry mustard 1 teaspoon
    2. 1-1/2 cups cheese
    3. 1/3 to 1/2 cup chopped and roasted red pepper
    4. 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped coarsely
    5. 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    6. 1/4 cup of evaporated milk
    7. American cheese - 8 ounces process
    8. 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • Steps To Follow :

    • Combine all ingredients in a pot.
    • Cover and cook on low until melted, for 2 to 3 hours.
    • Stir it well and you can serve it with assorted crackers, bread cubes, or chips
