1. Mexican Chili Cheese Dip

    • Recipe Ingredients :
      1. 1 can Hormel chili
      2. 8 ounces package Mexican blend cheese
      3. 4 oz can chopped green chilies
      4. 8 ounces cream cheese

    • Steps To Follow :
      • Firstly spread the softened cream cheese in bottom of dish.
      • Spread green chilies or Hormel chili on it's top, sprinkle cheese over it
      • For 15 to 20 minutes bake it at 350° oven
      • You can serve it with a chips or corn chips for dipping.

  2. Hot Baked Cheese Dip

    • Recipe Ingredients :
      1. 1 1/2 cups sour cream
      2. 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
      3. 1 round loaf crusty bread
      4. 1/2 cup cooked diced ham
      5. 1/4 cup chopped green chilies
      6. finely chopped jalapeno peppers
      7. 1/3 cup chopped green onions
      8. 2 cups mild cheddar cheese
      9. 8 ounces softened cream cheese

    • Steps To Follow :
      • Combine Cheddar and cream cheese, sour cream, ham, Chile peppers, chopped green onions, and Worcester sauce in a bowl.
      • Mix it to blend well
      • Then cut a thin slice from top of bread loaf, set slice aside
      • By gentle motion, cut vertically to, bottom of the loaf, 1/2 inch from the edge and lift out center of loaf.
      • Cut it into 1-inch cubes, set aside.
      • Fill bread loaf with the dip
      • Cover with reserved top slice of bread loaf.
      • Wrap the filled loaf in foil. Bake up to 350° for hour.
      • Serve with reserved bread cubes, crackers
      • Makes about 4 cups of dip.
