- Mexican Chili Cheese Dip
- Recipe Ingredients :
- 1 can Hormel chili
- 8 ounces package Mexican blend cheese
- 4 oz can chopped green chilies
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- Steps To Follow :
- Firstly spread the softened cream cheese in bottom of dish.
- Spread green chilies or Hormel chili on it's top, sprinkle cheese over it
- For 15 to 20 minutes bake it at 350° oven
- You can serve it with a chips or corn chips for dipping.
- Hot Baked Cheese Dip
- Recipe Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 round loaf crusty bread
- 1/2 cup cooked diced ham
- 1/4 cup chopped green chilies
- finely chopped jalapeno peppers
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cups mild cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- Steps To Follow :
- Combine Cheddar and cream cheese, sour cream, ham, Chile peppers, chopped green onions, and Worcester sauce in a bowl.
- Mix it to blend well
- Then cut a thin slice from top of bread loaf, set slice aside
- By gentle motion, cut vertically to, bottom of the loaf, 1/2 inch from the edge and lift out center of loaf.
- Cut it into 1-inch cubes, set aside.
- Fill bread loaf with the dip
- Cover with reserved top slice of bread loaf.
- Wrap the filled loaf in foil. Bake up to 350° for hour.
- Serve with reserved bread cubes, crackers
- Makes about 4 cups of dip.
