- Spinach Leek Dip
- Recipe Ingredients :
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 10 oz frozen thawed chopped spinach
- 4 chopped green onions
- 1/2 pack dried leek soup mix
- 8 oz can drained, chopped water chestnuts
- Dashes of hot pepper sauce
- For dipping assorted crackers
- Steps To Follow :
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream
- stir mixture until smooth.
- Put thawed spinach in colander, press out moisture.
- Then add it the spinach, green onions, leek soup mix, water chestnuts, and hot pepper sauce to the cream cheese mixture, and combine all well.
- Cover it, chill it for 1 hour.
- Serve a variety of crackers for dipping.
- You can makes up to 2 to 3 cups of dip.
- Sour Cream Dip For Fresh Fruit
- Recipe Ingredients :
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- Two tablespoons dark rum
- One tablespoon Grand Marnier
- Two cups sour cream
- Steps To Follow :
- Mix all the ingredients and blend thoroughly.
- You can serve it when chilled with cut-up fresh fruit.
